The Birth of Free Mortgage CRM In Spring of 2005 we started searching for our own in-house telemarketing software solutions to help us manage and distribute leads to our fast growing clientele .

The Lead Tree is a call center outsourcing company that generates telemarketed leads. We generate and deliver 1000's telemarketed leads to hundreds of mortgage brokers and other companies worldwide.

The problem was how do we deliver a fresh telemarketed lead from an agent on our call center floor to a customer that may be 1000 miles away without using cumbersome file attachments and email? Another problem was, how can our customers efficiently manage these fresh leads and make sure to not drop the ball. We tried everything from testing several other sales CRM platforms to hiring sub-contractors to custom build software for us until finally we developed our own software department with a small team of 4 programmers.

After months of research, studying not only the telemarketing process on the floor with the agents but also the sales process we designed a dynamic lead management software that now acts as the engine to any lead generating marketing campaign. The result The result is free telemarketing software that was built through an organic process designed to deliver telemarketed leads as well as the end user manage them through the closing cycle.
